All CELSIUS 273 jewelry is made to order in my Vilnius studio. Please note that I allow myself up to 10 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped. I always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible.
And yes — it’s just me here, so if things take a little time, please know I’m doing my best (my assistant is imaginary, but very supportive).

Once your order ships from my studio, domestic deliveries within Lithuania typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on demand.
I ship via Omniva by default, but if you prefer a different shipping method, just let me know — I’m happy to accommodate.
For customers located in the Vilnius area, I currently offer In-Studio Pickup.
If you choose this option, you’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. -
Please be sure that the delivery address and contacts provided is both secure and correct. For orders over €500 I will automatically include insurance with your shipping.
If your package is lost or stolen, I will do everything I can to assist you. However, I am no longer responsible once your order is in transit.Feel free to email me at info@celsius273.com with any questions or concerns.

For international orders, I offer standard postal services, which typically take 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
If you’re in a hurry, DHL International is also available — delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after the ship date.For customers in Latvia and Estonia, I ship via Omniva by default.
Prefer a different shipping method? Just let me know — I’m happy to help.
Once your order leaves the studio, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

If your CELSIUS 273 piece is damaged and needs repair, I’ll do my best to help.
Please keep in mind that ARCHIV° jewelry is delicate and requires thoughtful care over time to last a lifetime. For tips on how to care for your piece, see my Jewelry Care Guide.If life happens and your jewelry is damaged due to natural wear, I’m happy to repair it for a small fee to cover labor and materials.

Please note that each CELSIUS 273 piece is made to order, and as such, jewelry is considered non-refundable.
But don’t worry — if you decide this Silent Riot statement isn’t quite your vibe and want to exchange it, I’ve got you. I can offer store credit or a gift card for returns made within 10 days of delivery.
For both domestic and international returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once I receive your piece and confirm it’s in perfect condition (no wild adventures, please), you’ll get your credit — just like that.
Because let’s be honest: life’s too short to wear jewelry you don’t love.
