BRUT_LIST | Ode to the Eastern European Blocks is a concrete jewelry collection inspired by Soviet-era apartment buildings.
These structures trap us within their walls, making community an unavoidable reality, even when we wish for isolation. Living in the crowd, we often believe we're exceptional—yet, this illusion of individuality hides the truth that we cannot escape our communities, even in solitude.
The collection offers a grotesque reflection on the isolation and desire for belonging we experience in our homes, examining both our differences and our shared humanity.
The collection creates a space where we choose to be, often without even realizing it. Drawing from the stark, imposing motifs of apartment buildings, the collection blends apocalyptic imagery with human experience.
Eastern European apartment blocks stand as symbols of modern life, capturing our states, aspirations, and fears, while simultaneously offering a sense of protection—from ourselves and the world around us.

Special technology of concrete process makes jewellery extremely light, non-allergic and strong, but there is a possibility to break. Be careful. These earrings are sold as a pair.

There is small scale concrete production handcrafted in Lithuania. We warn that there may be slight imperfections. In contact with skin, moisture and air, concrete becomes darker and shiner over time.
